Can you merge a user data to another user if both users are the same but different emails

Is it possible to move settings, tickets, stories, epics, and tempo configurations from a user who has a new email address?

Hi @Natasha - You can do it in bulk, but it would be multiple batches:

• Change where they are REPORTER - Perform a bulk edit against this JQL

  • reporter = oldAccount

• Change where they are ASSIGNEE - Perform a bulk edit against this JQL

  • assignee = oldAccount

• Owned Filters/Dashboards - As a Jira Admin, you can update via these pages respectively (NOTE - You can only change one at a time):

The rest of the changes will be much more ad hoc:

• Settings - They need to go through and reset their preferences and favorites to their liking with the new account
• Project/Filter/Dashboard access - Unless these are managed by groups, they would need to be added individually
