Can you modify the screen that appears when you add/remove a flag with a comment?

I want to modify the screen that appears when a user add/removes a flag with a comment.  Is that possible?

Hi Michael,

The "Add flag and comment" screen is a system screen intended to only add the flag and allow for a comment to be added, and it cannot be modified.

However what I believe would apply to your use case is the ability to add the "Add Flag" option to other screens that are already configured to your specifications rather than modifying the specific screen with additional values which is a feature that we are tracking here:
