We just move a NextGen project to a Classic project in the same Jira instance but the Test Sessions did not move over. Is there a way to move Test Sessions to a new project?

Hey Randy,
I'm assuming by Test Sessions you're referring to the Capture for Jira add-on. Support for that is handled through its vendor Smartbear - I'm adding some tags to this question here in Community so they have a higher chance of seeing it.
You may get a faster response contacting their support team directly. Here's a link to their support contact page. I'm unfortunately unfamiliar enough with the add-on to provide support for it directly, but I think using their contact form should get you good results.
