Can you please let us know how we can get queue management through JIRA. We have checked it through JIRA service desk but it is not showing how to assign an issue to various queues?

The queues in JIRA Service Desk are based on JQL queries you can define yourself.
So simply create the necessary queues with the corresponding queries and the issues created in the service desk will be automatically added to those queues.
