Can you prompt for a field (other than Summary) upon quick create?

So all of our boards run off of filters for team. However, when you go to create an issue from the backlog view (quick create), since you are not prompted to fill out a value for team, the work disappears off the board. Also Team (from Advanced Roadmaps) is a locked field.

I've also tried to make a specific screen just with summary and the team field and associated it with the Create transition, but can't figure out how to get it to pop up when creating in that specific view. 

Any advice or workarounds are appreciated!
