Can you utilize Jira Portfolio's auto-scheduling ability in a Program pulling from multiple Projects

I am attempting to set up a "Program" in Jira Portfolio in order to gain better visibility into the work that three separate teams are completing. Some of the work these teams complete will be touched by 2/3 of the teams and there will be dependencies between Project teams (each of whom will have their own board). 

My question is regarding the ability to utilize Jira Portfolio's full scheduling capabilities (including dependencies) in a Program or Plan that pulls from multiple Project Boards - Is there someway to do this? Could you set up a Jira Board that pulls in everything and utilize this as your Jira Portfolio Program or Plan source?
