Canban board issue with add comment

Hello. I am reporting a kanban board bug. When adding a comment in the kanban board and adding a photo to the comment, the comment is removed.
1. I open kanban boards
2. I click on a task
3. On the right side, I click add a comment
4. I write, write and write
5. Add screen screen ctrl + v
6. Click send
7. And nothing works

is something known about this error or possible repairs?

You first need to add the attachment and then add a comment to it.

Yes, you can add a photo to your comment, but in the past it was possible to do as described in the question. After upgrading to Jira Software 8.22.1 it is no longer necessary to add such an attachment. This seems to be a programming problem.
The second thing is that if you want to add 2 photos in one comment, you can't because they add as 2 separate comments

so I understand that in version 8.22 there was a bug and adding a comment with the photo was incorrect?
