Cancel option not working in create screen

When creating new user story in create screen not able to see cancel option only for specific user.Could you please provide the reason

Hi @Priya Eee , can you share a screenshot of the create pop-up dialog?

Does the user experience the same issue with another browser?

Also after clearing the browser's cache?

For one specific project or for all projects?
