Cancelled Task is shown in Open Tasks Filter

Hey there,

first of all i need to say that our statusses are in german, so i need to translate them for this post :)

we got a status called "Offer rejected" which is created with the green categorie "completed" just like the real standard "complete" field. 

Why do tasks with the status "Offer rejected" show up in the jira standard filter "open tasks" nevertheless? 

I mean i can create a new filter that excludes this status but it's "harder to finde" for the users.

I've recreated the workflow in english to show it to you:

You have to set the resolution to a specified value:

1. Locate your Workflow: > Issues > Workflows
2. Click Edit under Actions for your workflow
3. Select your "Done" transition, and Click POST Functions
4. Click 'Add POST Function > Select 'Update Issue Field'
5. Select Resolution for Issue Field and the appropriate Field Value
