Cannot Create Objective with OBoard For Jira

I am trying to create an Objective within OBoard' for Jira but have no drop down options available. I am not familiar with OBoard at all but I do know we have the three default OKR Levels: Company, Group, Personal. I have checked permissions and everything looks to be correct. Any help or location with documentation would be appreciated.
