Cannot Create an AppLink from Jira to Bamboo

We are trying to link an existing Bamboo server to our Jira. We are able to ping the machine with Bamboo on it, but when we try to create the link from Jira, we receive the following error above.
When we tried to create the link from Bamboo, it shows the correct pop-up for setting up the links appears, but after confirming the information, we see the following on Bamboo's Configure Application Links page (Config Error)
