Cannot Delete a Project Role

There seems to be a "phantom" Project Role called Developer in our system. I've deleted it several times, it reappears the next day. Audit log only shows the delete, not another create.

There is nothing associated with that role (users, schemes, etc.)

Anyone else seen this?

This may be a system default

I have the same issue, I keep deleting the role, then it comes back. Does any know what is bringing it back?
