Hi Some of our users cannot log in their hours in a ticket/project. And we are also having problems generating the reports for some users does not have log hours though they input hours on the ticket. please help
Check if Time Tracking is enabled at System level and the permission used by the project. Work On Issues should be allowed accordingly. I would also suggest checking if Time Tracking is on the Screens used by the project.
