Cannot Open ticket in Jira cloud using WVD

Hello Community ,

Jira Cloud is not working while using the WVD , I'm not able to open , transition a ticket ...

Do anyone has the same problem and how it was resolved .

I think you need to explain what WVD is first - I'm not sure I'd expect World Vetinary Day to do much with Jira directly.

The WVD is the windows virtual desktop ( virtual machine )

Ok, that's probably irrelevant to the problem, unless the VM has blocked networks somewhere.

Could you describe the problem in full - browser, what you're clicking on, what errors you get?

The create popup not appearing , can't see tickets in projects , cannot see dashboard....

"Can't see" and "not appearing" do not describe the problem.

Please, could you describe the problem in full - browser, what you're clicking on, what errors you get?
