Hi everyone,
Having an issue where no one in our organisation can access Jira boards, even our account admin.
Has anyone seen this before or managed to get around it?

All users should be in the jira-software-users group automatically. check if the group is on product access/ check who is in this group.
You will need to add the accounts as Jira Software users
