Cannot add a new member

Hello,

I have a JIRA project. 

I wanted to add a new member, but it is not working. 

I got this error message to send it to Attlasian :D

Do you know what could be the problem?

Could you please share the exact steps you're following? Also, do you get this error when adding a particular user or with any user?
