Cannot add a user to the project

I cannot add any user for my new KANBAN project. Whereas I've added the person in the main Administration console... 

In my project (KANBAN) i can add the person but nothing happens when I click on "add 1 person"...

You need to add the person to a role in your project before you can add that person.
