Cannot authenticate Jira user using Zapier for our Salesforce integration

1. We are trying to integrate our Salesforce instance with our "Implementations" Jira project using Zapier.
2. I've created a user with admin access to the Implementations project and only this project.
3. Using this users credentials within Zapier we get notified that they cannot authenticate and cannot access.

This user can access the Jira project and create issues as expected using a browser. Why are they unable to using Zapier? What are we missing here?
