Cannot connect to Jira Cloud from Microsoft Teams

Hi,

I've added the Jira Cloud app to our Microsoft Teams team.

The Jira Cloud bot replied to me with a chat message to connect my Teams account with my Jira account.

Now, I'm not able to click any link in Teams. Just nothing happens.

What am I missing?

Hmm that's not what you want to be seeing! I'd recommend raising this issue via Atlassian Support in case this is a larger problem/glitch. You can raise a support ticket here >> https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
