Cannot create issue manually

I see an error at top of my screen.We have license for jira software, and we have installed jira service desk but don't use it.

And from today we have not create new issues. I don't know if is necessary to renew the license of service desk.

You have install Jira service desk but it needs to be licenced seperately from Jira software! its not the same service!

Look at this :

If you are gonna use the service desk then you need a licence for it.

If not then you can just unistall it.
