Dear all,
I just started to try Jira and I am completely new here. I was just following the steps to create a personal account, but after logging in with my Microsoft account, I continuously receiving the same error when as I was trying to create a site. Unfortunately in the "contact" page I was unable to contact the support team and was redirected here.
Could anyone who has encountered and solved the same problem provide me with some hints on this issue?

Sorry to hear about this problem. From what I can see, it appears that your connection might be behind the Great China firewall. In which case, I believe that there is a captcha element that should be appearing on that page, but is not.
Unfortunately, there is not much I can do on our side to affect a change here. Perhaps if you could change your connection such that your source IP address appears to come from a different host, it might then allow you to at least complete the sign-up process here.
