Cannot create new release version from Kanban Board

I'm trying to create a new version from the releases drop down on my board and nothing happens.

There is this error in the console log. (Chrome)

I can create a new version from the Releases page but that is not as easy as doing it from here.

I saw a similar post earlier today. I’m suspicious of a bug. I recommend reporting to Atlassian Support
