Cannot create test from Story

Hello, I created Stories. Now i want to create a test case from the story but i cannot. What problem it can be?

Hi Anna,

Can you provide more details on your process? Do you want a test case that is a child of the story? Or an issue with 'test' issuetype that is linked to the original story?

What test management tool are you using to provide test cases?  What does that usually do?
