Cannot fetch data from JIRA to excel following suggested approach

There is one way suggested in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Fetch-data-from-JIRA-to-excel/qaq-p/198786 on how to fetch data from JIRA to excel. While, it doesn't work for me.

I'm using Excel 2013. I don't have "Data menu, New query, From Other Sources, From Web
". Instead, I can only use "Data menu, From Web", which will pop up a window called "New Web Query". I copy paste the file path into the address field.

There is no "Basic authentication" to choose from in the window. Only "Go" and "Import" buttons to select. Selecting any of them will pop up a windows asking to open or save the result.

Is that something specific for old version of Excel like 2013, or something related to permission, or I don't have necessary plugin? Thanks!
