I'm repeatedly getting "Something went wrong, please try submitting your request again." even when making the ticket as simple as possible, e.g. by removing attachments.
I cannot find any other way to contact you except through forums, even though we have a paid account.
Hi David,
I created a support case on your behalf. Please see https://support.atlassian.com/requests/JST-807697/
I am not certain why you might not be able to create this yourself, but I will be raising another issue with my support team to investigate the errors you saw here.
Andy
It might be worth trying to load an incognito or private browser session to see if you can reproduce this problem. If you can, then I suggest trying to generate a HAR file. You can post that to the support ticket we created, that might help us to better understand what is causing this behavior.

Hi David,
You can contact Atlassian Support here:

Maybe if you post a screenshot of the error, we might be able to see something to help.

To be clear, I'm saying https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ is unusable at least to me currently.

Hey @David Pautler - I am going to mark this as Answer Accepted for Andy's response assuming support took care of you. If not, let us know.
