Cannot find the custom status from the list in the widget ''Average Number of Times in Status''

Hi Guys,

In a Jira project, the active sprint board has custom column labels (eg: todo, running, team validation, po validation, qa validation).

When creating a dashboard with the avg time in status widget I cannot find the same status in the list, regardless of the status from the list that I choose I get zero time avgs

Can anyone help with this thanks

@Gabriel Olteanu if I understand you correctly Time in Status for Jira Cloud by SaaSJet can help you. It generates reports of how long your issues stayed in a specific status.
When this app will be installed to your Jira account, you will be able to monitor visual and number data at the issue view screen.
Besides that, this add-on allows view data as charts and export all kinds of reports.
