Cannot get Jira Dashboard timesheet item

I'm trying to add a Timesheet graphic to my dashboard and it's the only one that isn't loading. I can't even go to the configuration part to select which filter I want it to extract the information from.

When I finish the dashboard editing I get the message:

Cannot GET /timesheet-dashboard-item"

When adding it it doesn't say the widget is "by Atlassian", but looks like som 3rd party company, can it be an integration or an external error?

because this is not a builtin feature, my suggestion is to contact the vendor through info@cappsule.io
