Cannot get Stash/Git commits to show in JIRA source tab

Have application links setup for Stash and JIRA. The commits are showing the JIRA issue in Stash, and the issue link works and brings you to the JIRA issue, but inside the JIRA issue, the source tab is not showing the commits.

These are configured as trusted applications with the Proxy IP addresses added

Note that Atlassian don't recommends the use of firewall with NAT redirection or web proxy between the applications. Is possible, put your server into DMZ or perform a full-NAT if you don't have how to put your servers on the same network or exposed to withother. Maybe the use of a VPN connection may solve your issue.
