Cannot make suggestion

I logged in to Atlassians public JIRA

https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?jql=project%3DJRACLOUD%20AND%20type%3DSuggestion%20AND%20statusCategory!%3DDone%20ORDER%20BY%20updated

to make a suggestion for JIRA cloud. I can view all the issues without any problem, but when I want to create a new issue, I get a ton of projects to choose from, but Jira Cloud is absent from the list.

So how can I proceed and make a suggestion to Jira Cloud?

Hello @Roland Wiesinger 

Unfortunately, due to being overwhelmed by the volume of suggestions, many of which were duplicates, Atlassian removed the ability for people to add suggestions directly via JAC a few years ago.

Refer to this article that described that change and how feature suggestions for their products are now made.
