There is a user of our organization that I cannot mention with the @User way... any idea?
Can you verify that the person has permissions in the project. Can you assign an issue to said person? Are they mention-able in other projects?

Sorry I found it myself.... the user have to be in the project... what I think it was.... but ir wasn't. So it's solved.
