What should Jira admin do if attempting to open "Personal settings" (https://MyCompany.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa) always gives a blank screen?
The message "Couldn't save your preferences" is confusing because we don't try to save anything.
Any idea is appreciated.
