Cannot see 'JIRA Settings' link eventhough I am a JIRA Administrator

Hi Team,

I am a JIRA Administrator and also assigned to jira-administrators group. But I don't see JIRA settings link from 2days.

Background information

I was able to see JIRA settings link till 2 days back until I tried working on administration access with my login. (I don't remember what I exactly did the steps but I will give you some terms that are back of my head while I did that task. I went into Users and Groups and in the Users I selected Administration Access tab in which I removed the list of items those shown there.)

After I did the above I lost the JIRA settings link.

Please go to user management and click Product access, then go to administrator access tab 

add groups(administrator,jira administrator), adding screenshot of how you can do this
