Cannot see any dashboard on my ipad

Hello!

I was editing some dashboards and deleted some of them and created new brand dashboards first private, I couldn´t see them on my iPad but I could on desktop.

I thought the problem was permissions so I set it to public. Same.

Any ideas?

I logged in as an admin too, but I cannot find any configuration that prevents me from seeing the dashboard.

I have exactly the same problem as Noelia. However, I have colleagues with the same version of the app who are able to see their dashboards. Is there anything I can try to see my dashboards?

Hi @Noelia Belen Lopez -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Were you able to see them before the edits?  According to this suggestion the dashboard feature is not supported on the mobile app yet: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-63281

Have you tried to open the same dashboard in a browser on the device?
