Cannot see backlog tickets in Timeline

Hi all,

I have a problem to see tickets from backlog that are not part of any Epic, on Timeline. So, only tickets under Epics are shown in Timeline.

In addition to this, Child-level issue scheduling is turned on.

How can I resolve this issue?

Hello @Jovana Jakovljević 

This is due to the issue hierarchy setting. Fortunately, you are using premium so the changes would be possible - adding more issue types except Epics to show on the timeline.

To do this:

  • Go to the Issues -> Issue type hierarchyScreenshot 2024-02-02 at 11.59.00.png

Bear in mind that changes will apply to all company-managed projects.
