Maybe someone knows, how I can resolve а problem.
Description:
We have a custom field of data picker type which named "Finish date". This field used by our project managers to show a date of release to customers. Every week project managers change value of this field. Also we have a report in Confluence (SQL Query), which gets values of this field from JIRA database.
But now we have a problem with updating this filed. When user change the value and submit form, the filed shows a new value, but after refreshing the page in browser, the field is shown with previous value.
- we don`t have any behaviors for this field (from ScriptRunner)
- we have tried different browsers and users
- we have done Re-index
