Hi there, I'd like to change my work title. I cannot find 'General' after entering to 'Personal settings' as told in support page. What could be possible causes? Thank you.
Hi @M_K_ Ma and welcome to the Community!
Click on your avatar in the top right corner and then select Account Settings. From this page, you should be able to update your work title.
If your account is managed by your company, than you won't be able to do this. A message will pop up in this case telling you that your information is managed by your administrator.
