Cant Remove "Grid next generation" field from a request type

Hello guys

I have a "Grid next generation" field that isn't required in field configuration, but i cant remove it from a request type.

How can i remove it ??

Can you check the Field configuration to see if the field is required on Create for the issue type associated with this Request type?

Hi @ebrahim rezaian , if you create an issue as an Agent using the Create button is the field required in order to create the issue?
