Hi ,
We enabled single sign on for JIRA & Confluence . So users were able to login in to JIRA & Confluence using same credentials for both . Recently i enabled the JIRA instance to run with https instead of http for security needs . After Enabled this users are not able to login in to particularly confluence . So Please help me to resolve this . Please tell me the cause or guide me to get on the track
What kind of single sign-on are you using?
If it´s SAML, then you need to make changes after changing to https. If you are using Kerberos SSO, then there should be no need to change any configuration after switching to https.
You´d better reach out to the vendor of the SSO-solution.
