Cant connect to JIRA from Jira Cloud for sheets

We have installed Jira Cloud for sheets but it wont connect.

When I try to connect it goes to the 

Jira Cloud for Spreadsheets is requesting access to your Atlassian account.  

screen and then back to the below?
