Hi Team,
I'm looking for a capacity planning / resource planning tool both high level and granular level.
For Example: A High level planner, if a resource allocated for 2 projects A & B
if A project uses 40% and B project uses 40% and 20 % will be general admin.
If a PM plans time per a week if resource booked 40% in that week for project A and when I click on the bar it should navigate to those 40 percent tasks.
I have attached a bar chat, here if choose any specific bar it should take me through all Jira which I assigned to that period of time. Please advice what is the current tool to fit my purpose.
Hi @Teja
If would like to try a mktplace app for resource capacity planning, take a look at
The app offers:
1. Resource Tracking and Allocation : The app allows you to monitor and track various resources and their work allocation across multiple projects / sprints.
2. Real-time Visualization: Provides intuitive charts, graphs to visualize resource utilization and capacity levels in real-time.
3. Full Sprint / Project Fix version Capacity and Monitoring
Hi @Teja , one tool I have used is Tempo for similar needs but certainly there are others and possibly a better fit to consider.

Hey Jack,
I'm having a work around using Tempo capacity planner. Currently, we don't track time through time sheets, we do it in a different application manually. Can you suggest what is the best way to approach to get that model both High level and granuler level.

I don't have access to the app now for several years. I would contact the vendor for support.
