Capacity planning with Portfolio / AR improved interface

Hi All,

I've a question about the Advanced Roadmap tool --> improved interface. I use the Jira software V8.5.5.

For my kanban team schedule i'd like to use Advanced Roadmaps to get an overview about my teams and teammembers workload. I've four teams to manage. Each team has different members with different skills. During our Weekly Kanban Meetings we assign the new available issues to the responsibles in the teams and priorize these issues in their backlogs. 

--> if i generate an Advanced roadmaps plan for the particular board, for the particular team, i get all the issues for the team members. Each issue has an assingee and the shared Team selected in it. In the shared Team Management area i've defined the weeks capacity for each team member in hours. so far so good. know i'd like to generate a gantt chart for the team and also for the team members to see how the issues are scheduled in.

When i hit the "Auto-Schedule" button, Advanced roadmaps "tries" to schedule the tasks in the gant chart on the right hand side of the issue list. but it seems to me that the calculation algorithm does not take care of the assignee registered in the issue and the registered capacity defined in the shared team definition.

Example: there are two issues available for the assignee "Peter" which is member of the shared Team "ES2". In the ES2 team-management view i have assigned 40h work capacity to "Peter". In the Advanced Roadmaps plan that has been generated, i see that issue 1 and issue 2, both assigned to "Peter" member of the Plan "ES2" starts at he same time. How is this possible? Can I somehow configure the schedule algorithm to take care of the assignee and its work capacity?

In the "old" portfolio view, one could do that and also register holidays for specific members. Is there a way to do this in the "improved interface"?
