Card colors are not visible in Kanban Board

Hi,

I'm a Jira board administrator. I did the color card changes in board configure page.. But it's not visible in the left side column of the task in Kanban board.
Can you please advise.

Hi @SharmilaJira , can you provide more details. Specifically can you show the JQL you’re using to add color banner to your cards and an example of one of the issues that should fall into that JQL category?

Hi @Jack Brickey ,

    I'm unable to view the actual JQL used for card colors. Following is displayed under JQL field for card colors (against RED color) in board configure.

"filter=59520"

I tried to find the actual JQL corresponding to the above filter Id but couldn't. (Tried to search under "Issues -> Manage Filters", but the search for 59520 is not yielding any results).

Another board with the same card color filter is showing the card colors successfully. I'm trying to use the same filters for my board to achieve the same card colors.  But for some reasons card colors are not displayed for my board like the other board.

Hi @SharmilaJira , so if you go to the board settings and then choose card colors and then in the drop-down choose queries this is where you would enter a JQL statement to map to a given color. To choose the desired color click on the little color tile.
