Card size varies between users

We have some weird things going on with printed card sizes.

Another person and I are printing cards the exact same way, we both have a board with a filter and print using the "Print cards" option with a Medium sized card. We both have the same "Card layout" configuration.  His cards are bigger than mine.  My cards print the Epic name in the bottom left corner, his just get a vertical stripe down the left hand side (the same color as the Epic name button on mine).

I have scoured the internet and all the configurations I can find in Jira.  We're using Cloud JIRA but we had the same issues when we were using the on-premise version.

Any and all help is appreciated.

That behavior is related to the browser and not to the users. Due to that, I've created a bug for this case. Apologize us for any inconvenience this bug might cause to you and your company.

That being said, the current workaround is to use the same browser for printing cards.
