A que tipo de projeto se refere?

É um projeto de Software ou um projeto de Gestão de Negócios/Trabalho?

É um projeto gerenciado pela equipe ou um projeto gerenciado pela empresa? Isso aparecerá na parte inferior do painel à esquerda quando você estiver visualizando o quadro.

Normalmente, os cartões são ordenados nas colunas com base em um campo chamado Classificação. Este é um campo usado internamente pelo Jira para acompanhar a prioridade relativa do problema em comparação com outros problemas. Este valor de classificação é definido globalmente, não por placa ou por projeto. O usuário final altera esse valor arrastando os cartões para uma posição superior ou inferior acima (ou abaixo) de outros cartões.

Há também o campo Prioridade integrado, que é uma lista de seleção que permite especificar um problema como de alta, média ou baixa prioridade. E a lista de valores para esse campo é personalizável.

Dada essa informação, você deseja simplesmente alterar a ordem de exibição dos problemas em seu quadro ou deseja realmente alterar os valores de Classificação ou Prioridade dos problemas?

Is it a Software project or a Business/Work Management project?

Is it a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? This will show at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the board.

Typically cards are ordered in the columns based on a field called Rank. This is a field used internally by Jira to keep track of the relative priority of the issue compared to other issues. This Rank value is set globally, not per board or per project. The end user changes this value by dragging cards to a higher or lower position above (or below) other cards.

There is also the built in Priority field which is a selection list that enables you to specify an issue as High, Medium, or Low priority. And the list of values for that field is customizable.

Given that information do you want to simply change the display order of the issues in your board, or do you want to actually change either the Rank or Priority values for the issues?

Hi @Naiara Torres 

The order of items for a board is based on the filter.  The default is ORDER BY Rank ASC and that applies for the backlog and the order of issues in columns on the board.  Automation rules will not help with what you ask...until you change the value for Rank.

If you want a different ordering, the filter for the board must be changed to a new order.

However, if you change to a different ordering the feature of drag-and-drop to re-order/move issues will stop working.
