Cascade Field Multiple Selection

I have setup a cascade field like:

Option 1, Option 2, option 3 ....

and the next level ist:

Value1, Value2, Value3 ...

Nothing fancy but I'm asking how is it possible to make a multiple selection instead of just one. I guess that's not possible so I have to create multiple cascade fields or is there a way to do it with script runner?

Natively, this isn't possible - there are two feature requests for it though, which you can vote for/watch:

You could look at using an App though? I'm not sure if Scriptrunner can do this in Cloud, but you could check out Apps like...

• Prime Custom Fields for Jira 
• Custom Field Suite 
• ...or another App from the Marketplace
