The email I received stated February 28, 2021.  I have not seen anything posted anywhere stating otherwise.  After you purchase you have 60 days to complete the exam.

@Assistenza Mind-Mercatis , @Brant Schroeder , there is special promotional pricing on ACP-120 Jira Administration for Cloud, through 28th February 2021: USD $100 off the normal exam price of USD $250. ( I suggest waiting until tomorrow, 20th February, or later to sign up for that, as we've found a hitch in the registration process that's slowing people down today when they try to purchase the discounted exam.)  You can sign up in February to get the promotional price and pick a testing date up to 2 months in the future.

ACP-620 Managing Jira Projects for Cloud Certification bundle (training course + exam) is discounted from USD $300 to USD $100, and at this time, Atlassian has not set an end date on that promotional price.
