Challenges during JIRA migration from Octane

Hello,

As part of our project, we're transitioning from Octane to Jira. Throughout this process, we've encountered difficulty exporting the comments, history, and attachments associated with a Feature or User Story. Any assistance or guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
