Change Jira issue preview for issues in Hipchat

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to configure the issue preview for Jira issues when they appear in Hipchat. Currently, the issue preview shows the summary, issue type, priority, status, and assignee -- I want to configure it to show Epic Link or Epic Name as well.

Can this be done? When I search under Applications > Integrations > HipChat > Advanced Settings I only see the option to enable/disable issue preview, not configure it. I can't seem to find this information online, either.

Hi Schuyler,

It doesn't look like it's possible natively in HipChat.  I found a Suggestion titled JIRA-Integration: As an administrator I want to configure JIRA Issue preview appearance like the JIRA Issue Macro in Confluence. Please vote on HCPUB-1398 and add your use case to the comments to add impact.
