Change Management for Service Desk

Hi,

Downloaded and installed Change Management for Service Desk ( https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.servicedesk.change/server/overview).  

Imported the workflow.  I cannot figure out how to get it to work.  Any suggestions?

Jira Core version 8.3.0

Jira Software 8.3.0

JIRA Service Desk 4.3.0

If that wouldn't work, are there any other options besides attempting to create my own?

Hi @Ed Gray,

To start using the workflow you either have to change an existing project to use the new workflow, or create a new project that uses it by configuring the workflow scheme that a project uses. See Managing your workflows for more information.
