Change NONE to SELECT for drop-down boxes

I know you can take NONE out of the selection by changing the vm file but is there a way to change NONE to SELECT and it still be required? If I make Select an option it is still considered a value and will pass on to the next section with the value of select.

This is not possible. I guess you could modify the code if so inclined.
